Berning Glass is a lampworking studio nestled among the cedars and dogwoods of the central Sierra Nevada Mountains. Artist Jeff Berning creates ethereal and functional pieces both light-catching and vividly hued. Currently, Jeff is working on developing mixed media pieces which will incorporate natural materials and highlight the Highway 4 corridor’s beauty and uniqueness. Aside from glass pipes, Jeff also creates aquarium figures, vases and oil lamps, bird feeders and seasonally inspired sculptures.
